He then transitioned into private practice as an Advocate, working in the Law Chambers of a Senior Counsel. During this time, he represented clients before the High Court of Madras, the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), the Consumer Forum, SEBI, and various other tribunals. His role involved drafting a wide range of legal documents, including Sale-Purchase Agreements, Wills, Indemnity Bonds, and more. He also conducted extensive legal research on company law, arbitration, the SARFAESI Act, and other areas, while drafting writ petitions and other pleadings for submission before the High Court of Madras, its Madurai Bench, and other courts and tribunals.
